"My artistic line is based on the fullness and emptiness, and on the creation of lace to bring my sculptures to life."
I have developed a technique that allows me to create metal lace.
To create this lace: I start by sculpting my shape to make the foundry sand mold, then I melt bronze or steel drop by drop to create the lace. Depending on what I want to achieve, I leave more or less space between the drops, which creates fuller parts and others that are more openwork. A long finishing stage begins: brushing and varnishing.
This technique guarantees that each sculpture is a unique piece. I sign each sculpture, and I issue a certificate of authenticity.
