Sculpture representing a life-size female bust made of bronze and steel lace and glass.
To create this sculpture, I first took a plaster cast of a female bust, this plaster then allowed me to model my foundry sand mold. Then, I melted bronze and steel drop by drop to create this metal lace.
For the glass part, I melted white and carmine red glass (fusing technique) which I then thermoformed and assembled to my sculpture.
This sculpture is mounted on a steel lace base.
This sculpture is unique, signed, varnished, and comes with its certificate of authenticity.
